Privacy Policy

Controller: AI Visibility Report Group, Het Uding 17, 7496 DC Hengevelde, The Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42136638, VAT identification number NL004345918B24.

We process data you provide when placing an order or asking a business question, including your website, business email address and information required for the requested analysis.

We use this information for order processing, performing and delivering the report, invoicing, security and necessary service communication.

Payment data is processed by Stripe. We only receive the information required to connect the payment to the order status.

Public website and product information may be analysed as part of the service requested by the customer.

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose, statutory retention obligations and dispute handling.

Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (delivering the report you ordered), to comply with legal obligations (in particular the statutory retention period for invoices), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention. Analytics cookies are only placed after you consent.

Processors and AI platforms

We use the following parties to deliver the service:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, storage of orders and reports, and security.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data.
  • Resend — sending order and report emails.
  • Google Analytics — website statistics, only after consent.
  • AI platforms — to measure how AI systems discuss your market and brand, we send measurement queries to OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Perplexity, xAI (Grok), Meta AI and Anthropic (Claude).

The measurement queries we send to these AI platforms are blind scenarios: they contain no personal data, no customer name and no customer domain. The closing brand verification step does include the customer’s company name and domain. This concerns business data; no contact details of you or your customers are shared with these parties.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the parties listed above are based in the United States or process data there. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention periods

  • Invoices and accounting records: 7 years (Dutch statutory retention period).
  • Order data and reports: for as long as needed for delivery, support and warranty, then deleted.
  • Analytics: in line with the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Cookies

We use functional storage required to operate the website and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies via Google Analytics are only activated after you give consent. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser; the consent bar will then reappear.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. We respond to requests within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
