AI Visibility Report Group provides digital analyses and reports about AI visibility, brand recognition, competition and, where applicable, AI Shopping readiness. Reports are standardised snapshots and professional advisory outputs. AI answers may change by model, time, market, wording and platform. Scores are our own indicators and are not official third-party scores or guarantees.

Delivery time, price, VAT treatment and the exact contents of the selected package are shown before payment. The customer remains responsible for implementing recommendations and checking technical changes to their own website, feeds and systems.

Payment and delivery. An order becomes final after successful payment. The analysis then starts automatically; the customer does not need to wait on the website. The Scan is usually delivered within 20 minutes, Pro in approximately one hour and Complete in approximately 2 to 3 hours. These are indicative processing times rather than hard guarantees; exceptional technical delays may take longer. As soon as the report is ready, the customer automatically receives an email with a personal download link.

Custom digital service. The analysis is performed for the website specified by the customer and is therefore specific to that order. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where legally required.

Liability. The report is advisory. AI systems, search results and data sources change continuously, so specific rankings, mentions, recommendations or commercial results cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property. The customer may use the delivered report internally for their own organisation. Methodology, design and generic analysis frameworks remain protected where rights apply.

Right of withdrawal for digital services. Consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because the analysis starts automatically after payment and is delivered within a short time, AI Visibility Report Group asks you at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the analysis has been carried out. As long as the analysis has not been carried out, the right of withdrawal remains and any amount already paid is refunded. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

AI Visibility Monitor

The Monitor consists of 12 monthly AI Visibility Scan reports. Each report is based on the same Scan sold separately for €29, with progress information added once earlier measurements exist. The package price is €19 per report for 12 months, €228 total, paid once upfront. Monitoring ends automatically after report 12 and does not renew automatically.
