- Why does Organization schema matter?
- Without Organization schema, your site is a collection of pages to an AI system, not a company. With that link the system knows which name, address and services belong together — and that is the precondition for being recommended as a provider.
- Can I be cited without my brand name being mentioned?
- Yes, and it happens more often than you think. We saw it happen with our own site: Perplexity used our page as a source without putting our name in the answer. Usually the link between the brand name and the claim on the page is missing.
- Do I need every schema type?
- No. Organization and WebSite are the basis. Service or Offer is needed as soon as you offer something with a price. FAQ helps with question-led answers. Product schema only if you sell products.
